DuPont to Showcase Electrical Insulation Offering at CWIEME 2008

DuPont will feature its expanding portfolio of materials for electrical insulation applications at the International Coil Winding, Insulation and Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition and Conference. 

This year's event will be held from June 10-12 at Messe Berlin, Germany. The show continues to grow in number of exhibitors to display coil winding, electrical insulation and electrical manufacturing materials and equipment.

The DuPont booth, in Hall 1.2, stand 2013, will feature materials from four DuPont businesses:

• DuPont™ Kapton® polyimide film. Used as an insulation material, the flex life of Kapton® and its ability to withstand extreme environments make it ideal for use in the motor and generator industry.
• DuPont™ Nomex® papers and pressboards offer increased reliability to users and extended life of motors and generators.
• DuPont Performance Coatings   The Electrical Insulation Systems division supplies impregnation resins for motors, enamels for wire insulation and core sheet varnish materials.
• DuPont™Teflon® and Tefzel® fluoropolymers are widely used to make compact wire and cable constructions that provide long, reliable service in demanding environments.
