Thick Film Resistors

DuPont resistors have been the starting point of thick film technology and offer outstanding stability and tight variation with temperature. DuPont resistors generally use metal oxides such as RuO2, Bi2 Ru2O7, Pd, Ag.

Embedded resistors with wider tolerances can be achieved with ranges of <100? to over 100K?, increasing the surface real estate available for other device attachment and/or routing paths.

Key features of DuPont Thick Film Resistors:

Our resistors offer tolerances to <0.5% in ranges from milliohms to megohms and are available with Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR) values <100ppm/°C (-55° to +125°C) and <50ppm/°C (0 to +70°C) with 30-minute or 60-minute firing profiles.

Hybrid Series Resistors

DuPont hybrid resistors are thick film compositions for application onto ceramic substrates, dielectric, or low-temperature co-fired ceramic tape (LTCC) by screen printing.  »More

Surge Series Resistors

Surge resistors are used to protect equipment from voltage pulses or main voltage overload. DuPont resistors are designed to meet industry specifications in lightning pulse and power cross tests.  »More
