‘Cool’ Refrigerants Series Launches in India
DuPont Fluoroproducts recently launched DuPont™ ISCEON® 9 series of refrigerants -- with non-ozone depleting hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) -- in India.
It can be used with existing equipment and is compatible with traditional and new lubricants. It also is easy to use and is an HFC alternative refrigerant for chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) and hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) equipment.
"ISCEON® is a safe and effective alternative to R-12 and it now is available to refrigeration technicians and engineers," said Rohit Chaturvedi, business manager, DuPont Fluoroproducts, India.
