A director since April 2008, Mr. Cutler is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eaton Corporation, a global diversified industrial manufacturer. He formerly served as president and chief operating officer, executive vice president and chief operating officer-Controls and executive vice president-Operations. Mr. Cutler is a director of KeyCorp and the Greater Cleveland Partnership and is a member of the Yale University Development Board. He also serves on the board of the Musical Arts Association (Cleveland Orchestra).
