John T. Dillon
A director since 2004, Mr. Dillon is the retired chairman and chief executive officer, president and chief operating officer and executive vice president – Packaging of International Paper, a global paper and paper distribution, packaging and forest products company. He is the vice chairman of Evercore Capital Partners, and a director of Caterpillar, Inc., Kellogg Company and Vertis Inc. A member of The Business Council, Mr. Dillon is a former chairman of The Business Roundtable, was a member of the President's Advisory Council on Trade Policy and Negotiations and served as chairman of the National Council on Economic Education.
