DuPont Board of Directors

DuPont's Board of Directors is comprised of a multicultural group of global leaders committed to the success of our company. Their diverse perspectives and experiences are leading DuPont through its transformation into the company's third century. Of our 11 outside directors, two are women, one is African American, and two are from outside of the United States.

DuPont Senior Leadership:

Of the 16 highest ranked officers at DuPont, 19 percent are women and people of color.  Of our five business platforms, Ellen Kullman leads the Safety and Protection platform, achieving sales in 2004 of USD 4.5 billion.  Many other outstanding women and people of color lead various functions and business units within the organization.  DuPont has been recognized for its commitment to women by the National Association for Female Executives honoring the Top 30 Companies for Executive Women, as well as by Fortune as one of the 50 Best Companies for Minorities.
