On May 5, 2008, DuPont purchased the Industrial Apparel line of Cardinal Health’s Scientific and Production Products business, which manufactures and markets a variety of products used in cleanrooms and other controlled environments. The agreement includes the transfer of existing inventory, intellectual property and the prominent Micro-Clean® brand.
We are excited about this next step in our commitment to provide a portfolio that fully meets our customers’ controlled environment apparel and accessory needs.
